Hit the gym. Rocked the eucalyptus for a mile. Ran the treadmill for 11:49 then I got tired. The track looked very attractive so I ran 35 laps and then did a crunch and had to be carried from the gym.

Hit the gym in the PM and ran a new PR of 8:44 on the eucalyptus machine. I then ran 2.5 miles on a treadmill. That got real boring plus I got awful tired so then I waddled to the track and ran 31 circles. After that I got tired again so I found myself the most plush stationary bicycle in the building and pedaled my little heart out while I watched ads on TV for 11 minutes and 25 seconds.

Hit the gym at 5 and just ran.. going fast feels good sometimes even when it doesn't really make sense for training.. anyways, nice warmup on the eucalyptus machine for 8:19, then ran a 5:21 on the treadmill cuz my legs felt good, then a 5:32 up on the track and a half mile cool down. Lil bit of abs before I had to bounce. 4.5 later through some snow in pursuit of bobcat women.

Half mile warmup on the eucalyptus machine. Planning on a long run on the treadmill but then I realized how freaking dead and gone my endurance is. It ended up just being 7 at 6:30 pace which just about killed me. I went up on the track afterwards planning to do a cooldown but some dude passed me and he was old.. so I of course had to establish my dominance of the track by running a 5:37 mile and lapping him 4 times.. maybe not the greatest idea but it happened. Then I ran another half mile cooldown and nobody passed me this time (they probably learned their lesson) and then I got some quality stretching in. Did some abs and pull ups afterwards and then hit the steamy room and sauna for a bit.
