Hit the gym at 5 and just ran.. going fast feels good sometimes even when it doesn't really make sense for training.. anyways, nice warmup on the eucalyptus machine for 8:19, then ran a 5:21 on the treadmill cuz my legs felt good, then a 5:32 up on the track and a half mile cool down. Lil bit of abs before I had to bounce. 4.5 later through some snow in pursuit of bobcat women. |
