Half mile warmup on the eucalyptus machine. Planning on a long run on the treadmill but then I realized how freaking dead and gone my endurance is. It ended up just being 7 at 6:30 pace which just about killed me. I went up on the track afterwards planning to do a cooldown but some dude passed me and he was old.. so I of course had to establish my dominance of the track by running a 5:37 mile and lapping him 4 times.. maybe not the greatest idea but it happened. Then I ran another half mile cooldown and nobody passed me this time (they probably learned their lesson) and then I got some quality stretching in. Did some abs and pull ups afterwards and then hit the steamy room and sauna for a bit. |
